​Wellness Sound Therapy sessions create a customized, personal sound healing experience for you, to help rejuvenate and restore harmony in your whole mind/ body system. Sacred sound stimulates the release of stress and allows for deep relaxation and a sense of inner balance and peace.

 

Wellness Sound Therapy Sessions are focused on balancing our energy centers or chakras. We each have 7 main chakras and sometimes these energy centers become blocked or out of balance.

 

By using powerful sound frequencies that are attuned to each of the chakras, this allows for these areas to become open, balanced and back "in tune" with healthy functioning. This can bring our whole mind/body system back into alignment, so we can feel calm, clear, and peaceful.​

We use many transformational instruments, including: Crystal Singing Bowls, a Symphonic Chau Gong, Tibetan Bowls, Mystical Chimes, African Shakers and more. We also use Quartz Crystals and Tuning Forks to bring in the highest level of healing frequencies and vibration.

The crystal singing bowls used for therapy are tuned to 432Hz frequency, which is known as the "Miracle Tone", and can bring profound relaxation and reduce stress.
