Classes
2 Live Online Classes per month
Wisdom Class - Every month we will have 1 live, online Wisdom Class, where we dive deeply into the exploration of your Self as a Spiritual or Soul Being, having a human experience. The curriculum for this course is based on the bestselling book - Adventures in Awakening - 7 Levels of Discovery (see below).
Practical Class - Then we will have 1 live online Practical Class per month, where we examine real, down-to-earth daily practices, tools and techniques, that help us to refine, strengthen and step into a higher level of functioning in our life.
Coaching
2 Live Online Coaching Sessions per month
To help integrate these classes into our life, in a real and concrete way, we will have 2 live online Coaching sessions every month. In these powerfully transformational sessions, we will use impactful techniques to help you break through old habits and move towards living a more sacred, awakened life.
Traysiah Spring is Certified as an Energy Codes Coach, a Vedic Astrologer, a Clinical Hypnotherapist, and an Advanced Emotional Freedom Technique Facilitator, among many other things. She will be guiding you in meditations, journeys, tapping, and many other effective therapies to help you to face and release the old, and envision and step into the new.
A big part of this program is the tremendous support you will receive from our caring and conscious community of heart-centered Souls. You will become a part of the Adventures in Awakening family as we care, share and celebrate together.

Traysiah Spring & Thomas Bakken
Traysiah Spring and Thomas Bakken, are award winning authors and international instructors, who are passionate about sharing practical ways to live a joyful and and conscious life. They trained and worked with Dr. Deepak Chopra at the Chopra Center for Wellbeing, in San Diego California and are both Certified Instructors in Meditation, Ayurveda and Yoga.
After many years of working at Dr. Chopra's center, they started a non-profit organization - Adventures in Awakening Academy (https://adventures-in-awakening-academy.org/), where they host an international online meditation community, as well as, offer a variety of online classes, including, Clean Green Eating, Ayurveda, E.F.T. and many other holistic modalities.
After Traysiah wrote her recent book, Adventures in Awakening, she wanted to create a year-long program to dive deeply into the concepts of the book. From this, the Odyssey program was born.
